I just wanted to share with you this outstanding beer made from 3D Malted Oats and brewed right here in Camrose at Battle River Brewery. My wife Kathy had here gallbladder removed a couple of years ago and since that time she has had stomach issues with most beers. She figured out is was a gluten issue. Most beers are made with Malted Barley which has gluten in it. This new beer called “Fookinootz” is made from 100% Alberta Oats. Oats do not have gluten and as a result of this my wife can enjoy a cold beer again. If you know of anybody that has stomach or intestinal issues from consuming gluten, this beer could be the answer.
